Sightbox does not have a network; we work with any U.S. optometrist as long as they are accepting new patients and process payments over the phone. Since we don't have a network, we're happy to research top doctors in your local area if you do not currently have an optometrist and will schedule you with the doctor that best fits your availability and requests.
If you have an office or doctor you prefer, we will accommodate your request as long as they fit the requirements of accepting new patients and the ability to process payment over the phone.
When you sign up with Sightbox, we ask several questions to determine who will fit best with your needs. After we find you an appointment and have taken care of scheduling it for you, we verify with you the date and time of your exam and let you know what doctor you'll be seeing.
We do everything we can to work with all US optometry offices, but if for some reason we cannot work with your optometrist of choice, you may request to end your membership early and/or be refunded for your first monthly payment. Please view the current Terms of Service for more details.
