Sightbox will reschedule your exam on your behalf if you let us know you are unable to attend the first exam. We ask for at least one day of notice from your confirmed appointment time and you MUST request that reschedule directly from Sightbox—we will gladly let the clinic know and book another available appointment slot for you.
If your reschedule request is not made in a timely manner you might incur a $25 no-show fee from the clinic, depending on the clinic's policies. If you reschedule your appointment directly with the clinic, we do not have all the information we need to pay for your exam.
If your availability changes, it is up to you to inform Sightbox. If a doctor's office reaches out to you requesting to reschedule your exam, please alert Sightbox as soon as possible so that we can pay for your appointment on time.
