Sightbox provides a 12 month payment plan on every membership. The initial charge will occur at the time the member signs-up. This transaction activates the new member account, and is we are not able to activate a new account until the initial charge is complete.
If you are already an active Sightbox member and you would like to adjust your monthly billing date, our team would be happy to re-assign the calendar day of the month upon which your payment is regularly scheduled once during each membership year. Your billing date cannot be moved more than 14 days from the originally scheduled date. We are unable to adjust the date of transactions that have already occurred.
If you would like to request an adjustment to your monthly billing date, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with an outline of your specific request. Requests are typically evaluated and either approved or declined within 2 full business days by our team.
