Sightbox will accept returns of opened/unopened contact lenses in the event the contacts shipped do not match the contacts prescribed by your doctor. Please alert Sightbox immediately if you notice an error in the contact lenses you receive as part of your Membership.
All prescriptions are double verified for accuracy. Sightbox will not accept returns if a Member decides they do not want the contacts prescribed by their optometrist or wishes to discontinue their service.
If you are unhappy with your contact lens fit or comfort, please contact your optometrist for help.
