Once your valid contact lens prescription is received and verified, Sightbox uses UPS to deliver all shipments.
UPS is only able to ship to valid a physical street address and can not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be aware that UPS policies can change from different cities and regions regarding their delivery protocols. If you have any concerns about your delivery and would like to require a signature or for your package to be held at the nearest UPS Access Point to pick up at your convenience, you can create a free UPS MyChoice account online and set your preferred delivery preferences for your address.
Sightbox will send your delivery with free expedited shipping on your first box of lenses. Additional shipments are delivered via UPS Ground, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Tracking information will be provided via automated emails for all Sightbox member deliveries once the tracking number is available through our warehouse system.
In the event of a misdelivery or you are unable to locate your box after receiving a delivery notification, your first course of action would be to reach out to UPS Customer service at 1-800-742-5877 to notify them of the delivery error for them to investigate.
