All Sightbox memberships are 12 month commitments, as indicated on our website and during the sign up process in our Terms of Service. Sightbox covers several upfront costs for members and expects them to uphold their commitment to making payments for the duration of their membership.
If you are a current member and wish to discontinue your service, you may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee and will be responsible for the costs of the services paid for by Sightbox to date. This often includes the retail cost of any contact lenses delivered as well as the cost of any services paid for to date.
