All Sightbox memberships are 12-month commitments, as indicated on our website and during the signup process in our Terms of Service. Sightbox covers several upfront costs for members and expects them to uphold their commitment to making payments for the duration of their membership.
If you are a current member and wish to discontinue your service, you may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee and will be responsible for the costs of the services paid for by Sightbox to date. This often includes the cost of any contact lenses delivered as well as the cost of any services paid for to date.
If you are a current member and you're interested in receiving your cancellation details, you can get in touch with our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can message us via chat on any www.sightbox.com page. Your membership is renewed after 12 months of membership installments have processed. You have the option to cancel your membership at renewal with no additional necessary payments.
