No problem, we understand that this happens. We will process reschedule requests without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
If the reschedule request is made after this time, it is possible a member will be subject to a $25 no-show fee. It is necessary for Sightbox to reschedule the appointment time and date in order for us to provide payment in advance.
If your availability changes, it is up to you to inform Sightbox. In the event that a doctor's office reaches out to reschedule an exam, please alert Sightbox as soon as possible so that payment can be provided on time.
